Prof Sasha Roseneil

Sasha Roseneil is Professor of Sociology and Social Theory, and Director of the Birkbeck Institute for Social Research, at Birkbeck, University of London. She is also Professor II in the Centre for Gender Research at the University of Oslo.

She is one of the founding editors of the journal Feminist Theory, and she is currently Deputy Scientific Director of the 13 country EU-funded FEMCIT project Gendered Citizenship in Multicultural Europe: the impact of contemporary women’s movements.
She is the author of:
